Private Practice Opportunities!

Are you a therapist who is interested in joining a group private practice?

We are open to talking to like minded therapists who are similarly dedicated to our mission and values , especially those providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy to our diverse community. We offer our Counselors a warm and collaborative environment with colleagues who are passionate in the field and value ongoing training to provide high quality care. LGBTQ+, BIPOC, clinicians of diverse backgrounds, social-justice minded, passionately anti-racist, anti-opressive clinicians encouraged to apply!

We are a an expanding group private practice, passionate about having a close knit, family vibe, while maintaining the flexibility and perks of independent contractors. Our Clinicians are professional, independent contractors, who are passionate and collaborative in their clinical practice while also disciplined in ethics and documentation. As an independent contractor, our Therapists choose the hours they want to work, the size of caseload they would like to carry, can see their ideal clients and work with the  presenting concerns that interest them the most. Our providers are currently hybrid, and choose to work in the office 1-4 days per week, and home 1-3 days per week, depending on their work hours and schedule.

A brief look at our perspective:
At Mindful Way Counseling we serve our community with compassionate, inclusive mental health counseling services. We believe in the wisdom of our clients as whole, strong, resilient people. We respect all individuals as being worthy of dignity and happiness. We are passionate about honoring and celebrating every individual with a culturally responsive and trauma informed approach. We welcome everyone from all walks of life including all ages, ethnicities, religions, races, sexual orientations, genders, and gender identities.

We hope to find other Clinicians who are equally as passionate about engaging clients of diverse identities, honors each individual, and respects and encourages the dignity and worth of the array of people that we work with. At Mindful Way Counseling, our Clinicians continue to commit ourselves to social justice, inclusion, and cultural responsiveness both as individuals and as clinicians in our field. In our case consultations we bring in topics of culture and other identity factors to the case conceptualization process and discussions in order to best serve our clients. We celebrate what our clients bring to the table as strengths to be utilized and fostered.
