Individual Counseling
Individual therapy is a collaborative experience between you and your therapist. Your individual therapy sessions will be specifically focused to help you meat your goals. Individual work can address the full range of concerns you may be experiencing. We provide individual therapy for adults, teens, and children. Some of these concerns include anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma, OCD, and more.

Special Offerings:
Is your teen showing signs of anxiety or depression?
Is your teen’s self esteem not what it used to be?
Does your teen seem to get overwhelmed by the pressures of life or get stressed out often?
Are bullies, cliques, or academic stressors causing school problems?
Has your teen experienced a traumatic experience?
Teen years are a particularly vulnerable time. Therapy does not have to be reserved for a mental health crisis. Addressing emotional or behavioral concerns that impact your teen is a great way to help prevent further concerns from developing. We can help your teen thrive, through individual work with your teen. Teen therapy may also include family members.

Do you feel unappreciated or not valued by your partner?
Is your relationship missing that “spark”?
Relationships morph over time in the midst of life transitions, packed schedules, and missed connections. Add in baggage from the past and couples can feel disjointed and unsatisfied in partnerships. Couple therapy helps couples reconnect, emotionally soothe past hurts, halt conflict cycles, and renew admiration.

Does your child have concerning behaviors of anger, bullying, aggression or rituals?
